MESSAGE FROM THE HIT PARADE

We are delighted to be associated with this guide to the Music Industry produced so generously by JSH Records.

It’s the kind of booklet you may want to read on the bus to work or in the bath. It’s not just informative and interesting but it’s educational too, and if you didn’t know much about the music industry before, then hopefully you will now.

But for the moment, let us talk about our pop group, The Hit Parade. The fact that we remain virtually unknown except to a handful of virtual fans who may or may not exist somewhere on the Internet is a tribute to the superb work done by our record label, JSH Records.

There are one or two special friends we must mention. Lord Michael Levy, formerly of Magnet Records, who taught us much of what we know about the music industry. Our colleagues from the advertising, media and marketing world who have shown us how successful products and services are sold.

And lastly our close relatives and women folk who have laboured so hard at our sides and with so much in the way of reward. Without these people the world would be a very boring place.

There are many others of course. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
